Why long-term mentoring works.

A single session gives clarity for the moment. Real progress comes when someone asks what happened to the plan and helps you adjust when things change.

Michael Wild led soldiers for more than ten years and later built teams and companies in banking, consulting and fintech, in Germany and internationally. He knows how leadership under pressure works, and how valuable an independent counterpart is.
