Uwe co-founded the music magazine “Rock Hard” and was Managing Director at Sony Music Media. During his many years at Sony he played a major part in the success of the KuschelRock brand. Today he brings his experience from management, media and the music business to his work as a speaker and co-author of “Amplify Your Life”. Together with Jana Solvejg he helps leaders and teams build focus, self-leadership and mental strength, and combine high performance with a conscious use of their own energy.
